I just wanna say this company really came through for my family and I when we needed them to! I’m a retired army veteran so i was looking for a company with good honest prices for car insurance and this team really came through with great prices and valued service. Thanks again to the ladies over at Estrella the agent Mrs. Kiriam and the awesome underwriter Mrs Jessica over at office191 in Kissimmee Florida go look them up!

Jessica Maldonado I normally don't take the time to leave reviews, simply because i don't come across many experiences worth mentioning. However, Jessica was amazing. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. She was so detailed and cared so much about my comfortability with my rates and coverage. She was so excited when she found my family and I rates within my budget, it was as if she was obtaining the rates herself. She was detailed and suggestive, without being pushy. She was quite informative, kind, relatable and professional. I've been with Estrella for multiple years now and she is by FAR our favorite rep! Thank you for all you did to help keep my family and I insured.

I must admit, that while other car insurance companies were charging me an astronomical amount of money for full coverage for my vehicle, as usual, Estrella Insurance Company and their staff took good care of me, and got me a very low payment for full coverage. Estrella Insurance Staff were extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and helpful throughout my entire process.
